As of 30th April 2008 - Healthworks at Norwich Union will cease to exist. As well as 44 great members of staff will be left with out a job. To help save Healthworks could you please get up there and sign the petition at the front desk as well as this online petition. (the petition site is blocked when using pc's within Norwich Union - please try the site when on your home pc!!!)
Healthworks currently has over 3000 members who access to a 47 piece fitness suite, 25x8m pool & sauna. A games hall that hosts a range of sports such as 5 a-side football to basketball and volleyball. There are also 2 squash courts with a thriving club. Within the gym there are 2 studios that offer 38 classes per week including spinning & yoga.
Healthworks also offers a great kids club which offers swimming lessons, football, circuits through out the year including school holidays!

" Just to add to your list along with squash club etc, on a monday night we have
the Badminton Club, which usually fills all four courts with doubles.
just for info, the badminton club plays in the Perthshire league, we are
technically Norwich Union badminton club, although only a couple of us work
there, the name has remianed from previous years when it was more or less a NU
team.
Ive never been keen on having the team name as NU, but I just thought id email
you so maybe you can add on your front page that there is a very popular
badminton team that is hosted by healthworks."
